2004 Dark Bay AQHA Mare

Gorgeous 14.1 1/2 hh large pony mare. As quiet as they come, currently in our lesson program for beginner children. Has been shown locally. Easy to ride and jump. Great first pony for a child.

Jana Skiplita, aka “Kit”, is a 2004 registered Quarter Horse mare. She is dark bay (almost black) with a big star and stands a solid 14.1 hh. She is a lovely mover with a pretty, careful jump.

She is very easy to ride and as quiet as they come under saddle. Suitable for a beginner or experienced rider - would make a great kids hunter or use her as a husband horse. She has been shown in local hunter shows and been part of a lesson program. Has jumped 3’ courses with ease in the past, with auto changes. Currently in a lesson program and working 3-4 days per week for beginner riders, including small over fences work. She is a gem for an inexperienced rider and we have been letting her babysit our beginner lesson students. She has also taken students out to local shows, hunter paces, and trail rides. She is very reliable, quiet, and easy going.

Great disposition, easy to handle, good manners. Bathes, clips, ties, loads, etc. Up to date on everything. She is a VERY easy keeper with good feet (doesn’t need shoes).
