• 125 x 250 Lighted Riding Arena with excellent footing
• Arena contains dressage arena and full jump course

• Short hack to 80-acre county dedicated equine preserve for trail riding

• Short haul to HITS, Williston Horseman's Park, and many state parks

• Tack and equipment storage in A/C tack room
